Wellsville Police arrested a 17-year-old Wellsville youth
charging him with Grand Larceny 3rd (Class D Felony) and Unauthorized Use of a
Motor Vehicle 3rd. The charges stem into
the investigation of a stolen vehicle complaint that was made on April 5th from
Brooklyn Heights in the Village of Wellsville.
The youth was arraigned via SKYPE in Allegany County Court Youth Part by
County Court Judge Brown. The youth was
released under the supervision of the Allegany County Probation Department for
further action.
Wellsville Police arrested Zachary A. Roberts, age 27 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd. Roberts was additionally charged with AUO
3rd, Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage auto accident and Failure to Keep
Right following an accident that took place on Farnum Street. Roberts was issued an appearance ticket and
released. Roberts is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on June 2nd at 4:30 p.m.
