Wellsville Police arrested Heather R. Inzinna, age 49 of Mt.
Morris, charging her with Issuing a Bad Check.
The charge stems from a complaint made by the Giant Food Mart in
Wellsville. Inzinna was arraigned via
Skype in Allegany County Court before County Court Judge Parker. She was
released and is due back in Allegany County Court on May 28th at 11 a.m.
