Whitesville woman jailed in PA on several felony counts

Pennsylvania State Police report the arrest of Kristina Jo Stebbins, 23, of Whitesville. Following the investigation in Sweden Township, Stebbins was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and two counts of criminal conspiracy. Arraigned in District Court, Stebbins was remanded to Potter County Jail with bail set at 10% of $20,000. A preliminary hearing is set for June 5th.
