Wellsville Police arrested Jeffery J. Hinkle, age 21 of
Friendship, charging him with Unlawful Dealing with a Child 1st and Drinking
Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle on a Highway.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on the Genesee Parkway
in the Village of Wellsville. Hinkle was
processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Hinkle is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on July 7th at 4:30 p.m.
