Wellsville Police arrested Nicholas V. Lehman, age 31 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on Rauber Street on
January 4th. Lehman was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Lehman was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
