11/15/19 11:20am- After investigating a complaint on Fords Brook-North Branch in Alma, State Police arrested Kavan A. Mangus, 24, of Belmont. He was charged with harassment with physical contact. He was issued an appearance ticket for court and released.
11/15/19 5:44pm- State Police made an arrest after a domestic dispute in the Town of Scio. Troopers charged Michael R. Goulette, 26, of Scio with criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child. He was initially detained.
