Wellsville Police Blotter

SUNDAY: Wellsville Police on Sunday arrested 48-year-old Robert L. Gardner of Salamanca, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more and Unlicensed Operator.  The charges stem from a traffic stop on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville.  Gardner was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party.  Gardner is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on October 8th at 4:30 p.m.


Saturday: Wellsville Police arrested Juston W. Conklin, age 26 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on Madison Street in the Village of Wellsville.  Conklin was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh.  Conklin was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00 property bond.  Conklin is due back in Wellsville Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Jason M. Becker, age 32 of Wellsville, charging him with Endangering the Welfare of a child, Disorderly Conduct and Harassment 2nd.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on Pleasant Street in the Village of Wellsville.  Becker was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.  Becker posted $250.00 cash bail and was released.  Becker is due back in Wellsville Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m.
