Genesee, PA woman was victim of theft by deception

Pennsylvania State Police say a 41-year-old Genesee, PA woman is the victim of a computer hacking/theft by deception incident. According to Troopers, the victim was reviewing an ad on Facebook for an ATV. When she opened the ad, an automatic withdrawal was made from her account in the amount of $137.77.
