Wellsville Police arrested Beau D. Eck, age 30 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th. The
charge stems from an incident that took place on Maple Avenue in March of 2019.
Eck was also charged with Failure to Register or change address with the NYS
Sex Offender Registry (Class D Felony). Eck was processed on both charges and
arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh. Eck was committed
to the Allegany County Jail on $2,000.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 property bond.
Eck is due back in Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police charged Angela S. Paxton, age 36 of
Andover, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (an unclassified misdemeanor)
for driving with a suspended driver’s license and Inadequate/No muffler. The charges stem from a traffic stop on North
Main Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Paxton was issued traffic citations and released. Paxton is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.
