Wellsville Police arrested David E. Green Jr, age 32 of
Wellsville, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more and Failure to
stop at a stop sign. The charges stem
from a traffic stop on East Hanover Street in the Village of Wellsville. Green was processed and released to a third
party. Green is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on August 13th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested John H. Finch Jr. age 28 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd. Finch was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Finch was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on August
20th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Andrew R. Carlin, age 22 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony). The charge stems from an incident that took
place on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Carlin was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Carlin is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 23rd at 4:30 p.m.
