Pennsylvania State Police this morning arrested Teri Lee Mills, 39, of Ulysses. She faces 15 charges; The most serious are felony counts of burglary and criminal trespass. Other charges include DUI, multiple counts of making terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, reckless and careless driving and more. The charges stem from an incident late Sunday night in Ulysses Borough.
Mills was arraigned in District Court at 6:50 a.m. and remanded to Potter County Jail on $30,000 bail. A preliminary hearing will be held July 8th at 11 a.m.
