7/12/19 12:05pm- An alleged sex crime reported June 10, 2019 in the Town of Hume has led to an arrest. State police charged Ward F. Johnson, 70, of Hume, with felony first-degree sexual abuse involving contact with a child under age 11. He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of forcible touching-intimate parts and endangering the welfare of a child. He was issued appearance tickets for court and released.
7/13/19 1:59am- During a traffic stop on Prospect Avenue in Fillmore, state police arrested Daniel R. Connelly, 21, of North Tonawanda. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a blood alcohol content above .08% and a vehicle equipment violation. He was processed, issued tickets and released.
7/12/19 10:49pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in the Village of Avoca, state police arrested Michael T. Wood, 39, Cohocton. He was charged with third-degree assault, criminal mischief and driving while intoxicated. He was held for an appearance in court.
