Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on July 17, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Ashley M. Coen, age 32 of Angelica, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Village of Angelica Court. Coen was located at her residence, processed, and transported to the Village of Angelica Court where she was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $1500.00 cash or $3,000.00 bond.  Coen is to reappear in the Village of Angelica Court on August 28, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. for additional court action.

On July 15, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office assisted the City of Olean Police Department with the arrest of Bryan C. Evans, age 22 of Wellsville, on an Arrest Warrant issued by the City of Olean Court. Evans was processed and turned over to the City of Olean Police Department.

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on July 12, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph R. Fenti age 26 of Bolivar, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Wirt Court. Fenti was processed and transported to the Town of Wirt Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail and scheduled to reappear in the Town of Wirt Court on July 18, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. for additional court action.
