Four people were
arrested Thursday night at approximately 10:40 p.m. at 753 Garden Ave. after
members of the Olean Police Departments Emergency response team executed a
Search Warrant obtained by the Street Crimes unit for drugs. Investigators had
received several complaints of possible drug sales at this apartment. Crack
cocaine, Methamphetamine, Heroin and drug paraphernalia were allegedly located
inside the residence. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s K-9 and the task force
assisted during the search of the apartment. Higgs and Lissmore were held
pending arraignment. Giardini and See were issued appearance tickets for a
later date in Olean City court.
