According to a public information release report, the aircraft was landing just after 10 a.m. on runway 32. The report said when the plane made contact with the ground, the "tires locked up, flipping the aircraft." Police said it came to final ret upside down on the wings.
The pilot and passenger, who were unidentified by troopers, were both wearing five-point harsness seatbelts during the incident and refused medical treatment while at the scene. Several agencies responded to the scene.
