5/3/19 10:52pm- State police arrested Timothy J. Hammond, 34, of Clarksville. He was picked up on Route 417 in Portville and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.
5/3/19 9:02am- Following an investigation into an incident in Olean, state police arrested Frederick A. Butler, 34, of Cuba. He was charged with grand larceny 3rd and filing a false instrument with intent to defraud - both felony counts.
