Wellsville Police charged Charles Berry, age 56 of Ulysses,
PA, charging him with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (Unclassified
Misdemeanor) for driving with a suspended driver’s license and Inadequate or no
stop lamps. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on the Bolivar Road in the Village of Wellsville. Berry was issued traffic citations and
released. Berry is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on April 23rd and 4:30 p.m.
