Wellsville Police arrested Jordan R. Kiser, age 21 of Port
Allegany, PA, charging her with Issuing a Bad Check. The charge stems from a complaint made by
Giant Food Mart in Wellsville. Kiser was
located in Olean by the New York State Police and transported to
Wellsville. Kiser was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Kiser was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $100.00 cash bail or $200.00 property bond. Kiser is due back in Wellsville Village Court
on March 19th at 4:30 p.m.
