2/28/19 5pm- Fillmore-based Troopers arrested Edward R. Bancroft, 31, of Birdsall, NY for Petit Larceny. Troopers investigating the theft of a flag from Little Critters store on State Route 19 in Caneadea allege Bancroft had taken the flag valued at $21.00 without paying for it. He was additionally charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. Bancroft was released with an appearance ticket for Caneadea Town Court later this month.
3/1/19 12:51am- During a traffic stop on Fords Brook Road North branch in Willing, state police arrested Levi M. Kio, 20, of Ulysses. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and BAC above .08%. He'll appear in court at a later date.
