Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on February 27, 2019, with the assistance of Authorities in the State of Pennsylvania, Deputies arrested Rose M. Bickford, age 37 of Friendship, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Friendship Court.   Bickford was processed and arraigned in the Town of Friendship Court where she was remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $25,000.00 cash or $50,000.00 bond and scheduled to reappear in the Town of Friendship Court on March 5, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. for additional court action.
