Wellsville Police arrested Jeffrey R. Young, age 52 of
Houghton, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation) and
Failure to Yield the Right of Way Making a Left Turn. The charges stem from a traffic stop on
Stevens Street in the village of Wellsville.
Young was issued traffic citations and released. Young is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on January 8th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Lacy L. Small, age 61, currently
incarcerated in the Allegany County Jail, charging him with Criminal Contempt
2nd. Small was transported from the
Allegany County Jail and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice
O’Connor. Small was returned to the
Allegany County Jail with bail set at $1,000.00. Small is due back in Wellsville Village Court
on January 15th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Laura A. Wojciechowski, age 31 of Hamburg,
for failure to appear in Court on Previous Criminal Possession of a Controlled
Substance 7th, False Personation, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th, Criminal
Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, AUO 2nd and other Vehicle & Traffic
Charges. Wojciechowski was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Wojciechowski was committed to the Allegany
County Jail on $2,500.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 property bond. Wojciechowski is due back in Wellsville
Village Court on December 18th at 4:30 p.m.
