PA: Bradford Kwik Fill robbed

There has been another robbery...this time in McKean County, Pennsylvania. At approximately 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, Bradford Township police were dispatched for an armed robbery at Kwik Fill located at 713 South Avenue. A clerk said a white male brandishing a knife entered the store and demanded cash. The 911 Center said the suspect was wearing a black hoodie, was in his mid 20's and had a short beard. At one point, the suspect pulled the hoodie back enough that a surveillance camera may have filmed his face. The suspect fled the scene on foot. A large police response was in the area to include Bradford Township police, Pennsylvania state police and a K-9 unit.
Shortly in to the search, police were told of a potential, yet unconfirmed connection to two New York State robberies. Chase H. Lotter, 27, of Genesee, is the prime suspect in robberies at Steuben Trust in Bolivar and Crosby's in Belmont. The initial description resembled Lotter. He currently remains on the run. In May 2014, Lotter was convicted of robbing a pharmacy in Eldred. He was sentenced to serve 3 1/2 to 8 years in prison but was released earlier this year. The Bradford area search continues.
