8/3/18 4:15pm- After being called to a domestic dispute in Rushford, state police arrested Austin T. Hartwig, 20, of Lancaster. He was charged with harassment with physical contact. He was issued an appearance ticket for court and released.
8/3/18 5:01pm- State police arrested a name-protected 17-year-old Wellsville boy. He was charged with 3rd degree assault resulting from a domestic dispute July 22nd in the town of Scio. Court action is pending.
8/3/18 10:28pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 305 in New Hudson, state troopers arrested Battista F. Trimeloni, 79, of Saint Cloud, Florida. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08% and moving from a lane unsafely. He was issued appearance tickets for court and released.
8/3/18 10:50pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in the village of Belmont, state police arrested John J. Jewett, 26, of Blasdell. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and BAC above .08%. He'll answer the tickets in court at a later date.
8/3/18 7:15am- After investigating a domestic dispute in the town of Allegany, state police arrested Nathaniel S. Poole, 33, of Allegany. He was charged with menacing with a weapon, unlawful imprisonment, reckless endangerment, harassment with physical contact and driving while intoxicated. He was detained.
8/3/18 4pm- One person was injured in a three vehicle crash on State Route 417 in the town of Olean. Troopers listed the vehicle operators as 32-year-old Chansea Brace of Olean, 46-year-old Helen Evans of Angelica and Shane Mullen, 25, of Eldred.
