Wellsville Police arrested Katherine S. Jackson, age 32 of
Wellsville, charging her with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on Pine Street on July
12th. Jackson was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Jackson was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on August 21st at 4:30 p.m.
