June 29 - Deputies arrested Derek S. Foss, age 24 of
Belmont, on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Foss was located
at the County Court Complex, processed, and transported to Allegany County
Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail without
bail. Foss is due to reappear in Allegany County Court on July 12, 2018 at 9:30
a.m. for additional court action.
June 29 - Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested David
L. Phearsdorf, age 34 of Bolivar, on an Allegany County Violation of Probation
Warrant. Phearsdorf was located at an address in Cuba, processed, and
transported to the Allegany County Jail without bail. Phearsdorf is due to
reappear in Allegany County Court at a later date for additional court action.
