Independence Police charged Cody A Green, age 21 of
Wellsville, NY with failure to obey traffic control device and operating a
motor vehicle while having suspended vehicle registration. The charge stems
from a traffic stop on Main Street in the Town of Independence. Green was
issued tickets to appear in Town of Independence Court March 28th at 5:00 p.m.

Independence Police charged Jason J Babcock, age 33 of
Rochester, NY, charging him with fail to keep right and aggravated unlicensed
operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. The charge stems from a
incident on County Route 22 in the Town of Independence when his vehicle slid
off the roadway into a ditch. Babcock was issued tickets to appear in Town of
Independence Court March 21st at 3:30 p.m.
