Genesee, PA man jailed without bail after felony and other charges level by Wellsville police


Wellsville Police Monday arrested Justin M. Haynes, 30, of Genesee, PA, charging him with Aggravated Family Offense (Class E Felony), Menacing 2nd, Criminal Mischief 4th, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on Stevens Street on November 23, 2016.  Haynes was transported from the Laurel Highlands Correctional Institution in Somerset, Pennsylvania to Wellsville by the New York State Police Violent Felony Warrant Squad.  Haynes was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.  Haynes was committed to the Allegany County Jail without bail.  Haynes is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 20th at 4:30 p.m.
