Following a complaint in the Village on March 21st,2018 at approximately 4:00pm Cuba Police arrested Megan L. Kozlowski (28) of Black Creek, New York. Kozlowski was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor). Kozlowski was processed and released to appear at a later date. Kozlowski is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
