A Cuba
couple is facing felony counts this morning.
State Police this week arrested 31-year-old Edisson Tufino and
33-year-old Gina Tufino. Both were charged with the felony level crimes of 3rd
degree welfare fraud and 1st degree offering a false instrument for filing. The
alleged incidents occurred September 7th in Cuba and Belmont. Both were
released on their own recognizance pending court action.
