Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on
December 2, 2017, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Joey L. Traylor,
age 24 of Wellsville on a Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County
Court. Traylor was processed and
transported to Allegany County Jail without bail. Traylor will reappear in
Allegany County Court at a later date for additional court action.
On December 1, 2017 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office
arrested Frank D. White II, age 34 of Scio on an Allegany County Violation of
Probation Warrant. White was processed and transported to Allegany County Court
where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set
at $1,500.00 cash or $,3000.00 insurance company bond. White is scheduled to
reappear in Allegany County Court on December 8, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. for
additional court action.
On December 5, 2017, Deputies arrested Robert W. Dibble, age
29 of Olean, charging him with Failure to Register or Verify Address as a Sex
Offender. Dibble was processed and
transported to the Town of Friendship Court where he was arraigned and remanded
to the County Jail without bail. Dibble
is to reappear in the Town of Amity Court on December 27, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. for
additional court action.
On December 1, 2017,
Deputies arrested Laura A. Willson, age 31 of Shinglehouse, on an Arrest
Warrant issued by the Village of Belmont Court charging her with Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree and Harassment in the 2nd Degree. The
charges stem from an incident that occurred at the Allegany County Court
Complex. Willson was processed and arraigned in the Town of Scio Court and
remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $500.00 cash or $1000.00
property bond, and was scheduled to reappear in the Village of Belmont Court on
December 6, 2017 for additional court action.
