Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on December 7, 2017, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Chad R. Mathews, age 24 of Genesee on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Wirt Court. Mathews was processed and transported to the Town of Bolivar Court where he was arraigned and then remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $1,000.00 cash or $2,000.00 bond.  Mathews is to reappear in the Town of Wirt Court on December 20, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. for additional court action.
