Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Jasun M. Shephard, age 24 of Wellsville,
charging him with failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine on a previous AUO
3rd charge. Shephard was transported
from the Steuben County Jail by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department. Shephard was arraigned before Wellsville
Village Judge O’Connor. Shephard was
returned to the Steuben County Jail.
Shephard is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police arrested Zackery D. Truax, age 23 of
Andover, charging him with Conspiracy 4th (Class E Felony). The charges stem from the ongoing
investigation into an incident that took place on Seneca Street on October
5th. Truax was processed and arraigned
before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor.
Truax was returned to the Allegany County Jail. Truax is due to appear in Allegany County
Court at a later date. Police report that the investigation in this case is
ongoing.
