Wellsville Police Blotter

Date: Sunday August 13, 2017

Wellsville Police arrested Haleigh E. Hidy, age 23 of Hilton, NY, charging her with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd), Failed to Notify DMV of Address Change and Improper Passing.  The charges stem from a traffic stop on East State Street in the Village.  Hidy was issued traffic citations and released.  Hidy is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 12th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Jesse E. Clark, age 29 of Wellsville, charging him with Failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine.  Clark was located in Scio by the New York State Police and taken into custody.  Clark was turned over to Wellsville Police and arraigned in the Town of Willing Court by Judge Guiney.  Clark was released and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 15th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Neil J. Fantacone, age 35 of Hornell, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .185 or more and Moved from Lane Unsafely.  The charges stem from a traffic stop on South Main Street in the Village.  Fantacone was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party.  Fantacone is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 22nd at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Anthony M. MaGee, age 21 of Canisteo, charging him with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st and Unauthorized Light.  The charges stem from a traffic stop on East Dyke Street in the Village.  MaGee was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  MaGee is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 22nd at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Jason C. Fernandez, age 32 of Wellsville, charging him with failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine.  Fernandez was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor.  Fernandez paid $250.00 towards his fine and was released.
