Allegany Arc issues statement about fire at its Wellsville facility

Allegany Arc would like to thank the Wellsville and Andover fire/ambulance squads for their usual, professional response to the 9:08 p.m. alarm at 240 O’Connor Street, August 12, 2017. Fire companies searched the empty building upon arrival to find the source of the smoke. While the exact cause of the fire is still under investigation, it was contained to one office and no foul play is suspected. There were no injuries and damage to the facility was minimal. Again, thank you to the fire/ambulance squads who responded. The Wellsville community, its residents and patrons appreciate what you do for us.
