5/17/17 7:20pm- State police report the arrest of Jeffrey L. Deck, 45, of Friendship. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. Police said the arrest stemmed from an incident January 21, 2017 in the Town of Clarksville.
5/17/17 10am- State police arrested Douglas J. Mosher, 34, of Allegany. He was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was detained for court action.
5/17/17 6:10pm- State police arrested Shawna N. Gault, 22, of Bradford, PA following an incident in Carrollton. She was charged with felony criminal possession of narcotics as well as pot possession and having a controlled substance not in its original container. She was held for court action. Troopers also arrested James E. Haley, 54, of Bradford, PA. He was charged with felony criminal possession of narcotics and having a controlled substance not in its original container. He was also detained.
5/17/17 11:55am- State police arrested Mark R. Pascarella, 33, of Bradford, PA. He was charged with felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance:stimulants and criminal possession of narcotics. He was also charged with two counts of misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance and four counts of having a controlled substance not in its original container.
5/18/17 1:06am- During a traffic stop in the City of Olean, state police arrested Sloan K. Milne, 27, of Olean. She was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, DWI and having a BAC above. 08%.
5/17/17 4:21pm- State police report the arrest of 63-year-old Dale George of
Arkport. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an
incident last month in Dansville. George was issued an appearance ticket for
court and released.
5/17/17 1:15pm- State police Wednesday afternoon arrested a 26-year-old man
on 5 Corners Road in Jasper following a gun complaint. After investigation,
troopers charged Michael Whritenour with felony criminal possession of an
assault rifle. He was processed and released pending court action.
