Fillmore man charged with violating probation

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on May 8^th, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Christopher M. Frazier, 32, of Fillmore on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Frazier was located by Deputies at an address in Trumansburg NY, processed, and transported to the Allegany County Jail where he was held without bail.  Frazier is to reappear in Allegany County Court at a later date for additional court action.
