Kyle H. Lunn, 21, of Richburg, upon successful
completion of drug treatment court, was sentenced to a 1 year conditional
discharge for his conviction to Forgery in the Third Degree, a class A
misdemeanor. The incident occurred between December 30, 2015 and January 6, 2016, in the City of Olean. Prosecutors sais Lunn with intent to defraud, deceive or injure another, falsely
made, completed or altered a written instrument, and stole property.
