Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Wendy A. Cook, age 48 of Wellsville,
charging her with failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine. Cook was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor and released.
Cook is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police arrested Erika E. Bulkeley, age 23 of
Cuba, charging her with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, Improper Plates,
Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Operating without Insurance, Uninspected Motor
Vehicle and No/Inadequate Lights. The
charges stem from a traffic stop on East Pearl Street in the Village. Bulkeley was issued traffic citations and
released. Bulkeley is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on February 28th at 4:30 p.m.
