Wellsville Police arrested Albert F. Hugar III, age 35 of
Hornell, charging him with AUO 3rd and Passed Flashing Red Light. The charges stem from a traffic stop on North
Main Street in the Village. Hugar was
issued traffic citations and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on
February 14th at 4:30 p.m. Hugar also
had an Arrest Warrant out of the Town of Hornellsville Court. Hugar was turned over to the Steuben County
Sheriff’s Department for further Court action.
