Strader was arrested in the Town of Machias after Troopers determined that Strader allegedly had shot a 30-06 rifle into the back window of his neighbors car for constantly playing the music in the vehicle too loud. Strader was arraigned in the Town of Machias and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
