2/3/17 5:20pm- State police arrested Tyler C. Boxhorn, 23 of Tonawanda. He was charged with felony counts of grand larceny/credit card, identity theft causing loss and criminal possession of a stolen credit card. He was also charged with petit larceny. Police said the alleged crimes January 20 in the village of Belmont. He was held on $5,000 bail.
2/3/17 2:30pm- State police report the arrest of Jason Middaugh, 32 of Wellsville. He was charged by Olean-based troopers with felony burglary for an alleged incident January 9 in the town of Allegany. He was also charged with petit larceny for an alleged incident December 23, 2016 in Ischua. He was detained in Cattaraugus County for court action.
2/3/17 9:08pm- State police report the arrested Adam T. Austin, 28 of Addison while he was at the Corning ER. He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and a seatbelt violation.
2/3/17 4:27pm- During a traffic stop on I-86 in the town of Chemung, state police arrested Brandon S. Isaman, 21 of North Hornell. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI, drinking alcohol in a vehicle on a highway and moving from a lane unsafely. He was released to a third party.
