2/10/17 9:18am- A driver was evaluated by EMS after the vehicle he was driving went off the road and struck a house in Wellsville. State police said the incident happebed at the intersection of Truax Road and First Avenue. The driver was listed as Chad M. Cook, age 20.
2/11/17 1:40am- A woman was arrested after he vehicle went off County Road 66 in Hornellsville. State police said Cynthia A. Pfaff, 25 of Hornell was charged with driving while intoxicated and BAC above .08%. North Hornell and Arkport fire crews assisted at the scene.
2/11/17 5:46pm- State police arrested Damien M. Mower, 25 of Hornell. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th. Court action is pending.
