Cuba man leads police on high speed chase

A Cuba is facing mounds of charges after he allegedly led Salamanca police on a high speed chase through several towns. According to Salamanca police, Michael L. Card, 34, of Cuba, was charged with attempted 2nd degree assault, fleeing police, resisting arrest, DWI, pot possession, reckless driving and many traffic citations. Police said at one point, Card alleged attempted to ram police vehicles. No injuries were reported. The chase ended at the state line.
