Branson On The Road! Is coming to Cuba, NY

What do you get when you bring together a fiddle, mandolin, banjo, guitar, upright slap bass, rhinestone costumes and hilarious comedy with great Americana, folk, bluegrass, rockabilly, classic country and gospel music?  The only to that question is Branson on the Road!
In the tradition of the traveling road shows during the glory days of the Grand Ole Opry and the Louisiana Hayride, Branson on the Roadbrings the musical legacy of Branson, Missouri, and good, clean, family fun to audiences throughout the US.
Featured regularly on the national television network, RFD-TV, this award-winning, high-energy group will keep your toes tapping and you laughing from the opening note to the final curtain.  With more than 20 years of experience performing at top theatres on Branson's "strip," Branson on the Road has been called Branson's "Traveling Ambassadors!"
Show Co-host Debbie Horton is a multi-talented entertainer who holds the distinction of being the only woman to have played lead guitar for the great Johnny Cash.  She hosted her own show at the old Boxcar Willie Theatre in Branson, and has performed on the famous Louisiana Hayride and in the Ernest Tubb Midnite Jamboree, in Nashville.  A former radio disc jockey in Norfolk, VA, Debbie has performed with a variety of country stars including Kenny Rogers, Hank Williams Jr., and the Oak Ridge Boys.
Co-host Donnie Wright is a sought-after musician and arranger who has been part of the Branson music scene for more than 40 years.  He is versatile on many instruments including the fiddle, mandolin, guitar, banjo and bass, and provides a good deal of the comic relief in the show.  Among his long list of accomplishments are performances at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, in the Presley's Show in Branson and in a longstanding run at The Golden Nugget in Las Vegas.  Donnie has been nominated by the National Endowment for the Arts for a Lifetime Honors Award for his contributions to the music of the Ozarks.
Bran Capps is a master upright bass player and sings songs reminiscent of Marty Robbins and Hank Williams.  His latest recording reached the Top 10 on the Americana Charts and is part of the regular music rotation on Sirius XM Radio.
Branson on the Road has toured extensively throughout the US and in parts of Europe.  From the heartland of America, this group brings the musical legacy of Branson complete with music, laughs and fun to people of all ages!
The Palmer Opera House in Cuba is a vintage theater located in New York. This historic theater is steeped with rich character and details of another era. Palmer Opera House was built in 1867, and after a long and rich history fell into disrepair and restoration began in 2006 by the Cuba Friends of Architecture, the non profit organization charged with maintaining the historic venue.
