Wellsville Police, acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Loretta A. Bartlett, age 31 of Wellsville, charging her with Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charge stems from an incident that took place on Pine Street on May 23rd. Bartlett was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Bartlett is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
