New York State Police Blotter – June 20, 2025
6/20/25 12 p.m.- On December 20, 2024, Amity-based
state police investigated a reported sex offense in the town of Alma. On
Friday, troopers arrested a 16-year-old name-protected youth from Allentown.
The youth was issued a Family court appearance ticket.
6/20/25 10:48 a.m.- During a traffic stop in the town
of Amity, state police arrested Robert W. Ryan, 29, of Dayton, Ohio. He was
charged with driving while impaired by drugs and two counts of seventh-degree
criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Allegany
County Jail for Central arraignment.
6/21/25 7:07 a.m.- State police were called to
investigate a property damage crash on State Route 305 in Clarksville. Troopers
arrested the driver, Zoe E. Dieter, 19, of Cuba for driving while intoxicated
and operating a motor vehicle with impaired by drugs. A court appearance ticket
was issued.
6/20/25 5:26 p.m. -State police arrested Darren L.
Boynton, 47, of Warsaw. He was charged with seven felony counts of promoting a
sexual performance by a child less than age 17 and four counts of felony
possessing a sexual performance by a child less than age 16. He was remanded wo
Wyoming County Jail without bail.
