Wellsville Police arrested Eric E. Cornelius, age 20 of Wellsville, charging him with Menacing 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on Merriam Heights on June 15th. Cornelius was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Cornelius was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on August 12th at 4:30 pm.
