New York State Police Blotter – Dec. 4, 2024
12/4/24 10:57 a.m.- After investigating a domestic
dispute in Amity, state police arrested Johnathon Michael Conklin, 33, of
Andover. He was charged with two felony counts of first-degree criminal
contempt and two felony counts of aggravated family offense. He was held at
Central arraignment.
12/4/24 10:40 a.m.- After investigating a sex offense
in the town of Prattsburgh, Bath-based troopers arrested Brendan Miller, 19, of
Naples. He was charged with felony first degree sexual abuse involving a person
incapable of consent or physically helpless and well as forcible touching. He
was detained at Steuben County Jail.
