Wellsville Police,
acting on two Bench Warrant’s issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested
Samuel S. Russo, age 44 of Wellsville, for failure to appear in Court on July
16th on a previous Criminal Mischief 4th and Public
Lewdness charges. Russo was located on
North Main Street and taken into custody.
Russo was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending
arraignment in CAP Court. Russo is due
to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
