Cuba Police Blotter
On December 8th, 2024 at approximately 6:50PM, Cuba Police
arrested Arthur J. Miller (44) of Bolivar, NY. Miller was arrested and charged
with operating without proper headlights (Violation) and aggravated unlicensed
operation 3rd (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Miller was issued traffic citations
and released. Miller is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of
law.
On December 2nd, 2024 at approximately 8:49 PM, Cuba Police
arrested Singh Sukhwinder (41) of Cuba, NY. Sukhwinder was arrested and charged
with operating without insurance (Violation) and aggravated unlicensed
operation 3rd (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Sukhwinder was issued traffic
citations and released.
On December 2nd, 2024 at approximately 3:58PM, Cuba Police
arrested Sandra L. Green (67) of Black Creek, NY. Green was arrested after a
grand jury indictment and charged with facilitating aggravated unlicensed
operation 1st (Felony). Green was processed and sent to the Allegany County
Jail to await arraignment. Green is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a
court of law.
